Why can I not watch every match live in the UK?
The long-standing 3pm Saturday blackout stops matches kicking off at that time from being broadcast live in the UK, to protect attendance at lower-league games.
Are there free legal options?
Highlights are free on the BBC. Live free-to-air Premier League coverage is rare in the UK but common in some other countries.

A note on unofficial streams
Search results for streaming a match are full of unlicensed sites. They are unreliable mid-match, heavy with malicious advertising, and illegal to operate in most countries. We do not link to them.
